This Buyer Agreement is entered into between Vallabh Bidsboxx Private Limited ("Bidsboxx") and any person who accesses, registers, or makes purchases on www.bidsboxx.com ("you"). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

Bidsboxx acts solely as an intermediary marketplace and does not own, manufacture, or guarantee any product sold by Sellers.

The Platform is open to buyers of all ages. Buyers under 18 must have parental or guardian consent before registering or making any purchase. You must register using a valid phone number and provide accurate, up-to-date information at all times.

Bidsboxx is a live commerce platform. Sellers host live sales events where buyers can view products in real time and make purchases. All purchases are facilitated through your Bidsboxx Wallet.

Wallet balances are only released or refunded when you initiate it. Bidsboxx Coins are not used on this Platform — all transactions are wallet-based.

All orders are shipped pan-India via Shiprocket. Shipping charges are included in the purchase price — there are no additional charges at checkout. International delivery is not currently available. Sellers are required to dispatch within 72 hours of order confirmation.

• Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Approved returns receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch at no charge.
• Customised products are not eligible for return except in cases of damage or defect.

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Misuse of return or cancellation policies through excessive or fraudulent requests.
• Transacting with Sellers outside the Bidsboxx Platform.
• Interfering with or manipulating live sales events.
• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or feedback.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Bidsboxx is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, safety, or legality of products sold by Sellers. In the event of a dispute, Bidsboxx may assist at its discretion but is not obligated to do so.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.

Vallabh Bidsboxx Private Limited ("Bidsboxx", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we collect and use it, when we share it with third parties, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to users of Bidsboxx, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.

• To create and manage your account.
• To process purchases, payments, refunds, and related transactions.

• To provide customer support and communicate about your account, orders, and services.
• To provide, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Platform and app.
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and prohibited activity.

Bidsboxx uses Meta's Facebook App Events technology in the app for event measurement, campaign attribution, analytics, and advertising performance measurement.

Depending on the device, settings, and permissions granted, events such as app installation, registration completion, purchase activity, and other app interactions may be sent to Meta. These events may be associated with device or advertising identifiers where permitted.

On iOS, Bidsboxx uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework where tracking permission is required. You can allow or deny tracking when the system permission is presented, and you can change your choice later in your device settings. If you deny tracking permission, Bidsboxx will respect that choice and will not use tracking data in a manner that requires that permission.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share or disclose data with service providers and technology partners only as necessary to provide and improve our services, process transactions, operate the Platform, measure performance, or comply with law.

• Logistics partners for order fulfilment and delivery.
• Payment gateway providers for transaction processing.
• Meta/Facebook for app event measurement, campaign attribution, analytics, and advertising performance measurement, subject to applicable permissions and settings.
• Cloud, hosting, security, analytics, and other technology service providers supporting the Platform.
• Government, law-enforcement, or regulatory authorities where required or permitted by law.

You may control certain data collection and tracking through your device and account settings. On iOS, when App Tracking Transparency applies, you may choose whether to allow Bidsboxx to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies.

You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate retention obligations.

A product is eligible for return if:

• The product is physically damaged or defective on arrival.
• The product is materially different from its listing description or images.
• The product has missing parts or accessories as specified in the listing.

The following are not eligible for return:

• Customised or personalised products (except damage, defect, or significant mismatch).
• Products marked as non-returnable on the listing page.
• Returns based on buyer's remorse (e.g. change of mind, wrong size ordered).

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition with all packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation intact.

Upon approval of your return, a full refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within 5 business days.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the Seller and deducted from their payout. Buyers are not charged for return pickups under the current policy.

Bidsboxx reserves the right to introduce a fixed buyer return shipping charge in the future. You'll be notified with adequate advance notice before any such change takes effect.

Sellers must honour all confirmed orders. Seller-initiated cancellations are only permitted in exceptional circumstances such as genuine stock unavailability. Repeated seller cancellations may result in penalties or account suspension.

Bidsboxx may cancel orders where:

• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• The product violates our Prohibited Items Policy.
• The Seller fails to dispatch within the required 72-hour window.
• Any other circumstance where cancellation is necessary to protect buyers or Platform integrity.

Where a cancellation is approved, the full purchase amount is refunded to your original mode of payment within 5 business days.

Bidsboxx currently delivers pan-India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Sellers are required to dispatch orders within 72 hours of order confirmation. If a Seller fails to dispatch within this window, the order may be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

• Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5 to 7 business days from dispatch.
• Remote or rural areas: 7 to 10 business days from dispatch.

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier capacity constraints.

The cost of return logistics is borne by the Seller and deducted from their payout. Buyers are not charged for return pickups under the current policy. Bidsboxx reserves the right to introduce a fixed buyer return shipping charge in the future with adequate advance notice.

Once dispatched, tracking information will be available on the Platform. You can monitor your shipment directly on the Shiprocket platform or the assigned courier's website using your tracking number.

If delivery fails, the courier will typically make up to two additional attempts. If all attempts fail, the package is returned to the Seller and re-delivery charges may apply.

If your order arrives damaged, raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. For orders lost in transit, contact our support team and we will investigate with Shiprocket.

Bidsboxx is committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and trustworthy marketplace. The following items are strictly prohibited. This list is not exhaustive — Bidsboxx reserves the right to remove any listing deemed inappropriate or in violation of applicable law, even if not explicitly listed here.

Sellers listing prohibited items face consequences up to and including immediate account termination, payout withholding, and referral to law enforcement.
